I failed over the weekend and gained 5lbs in 2 day so frustrated!!!

    I'm sure you did not actually gain 5 lbs. You would have had to eat a ridiculous amount of calories. My guess is that you are retaining water - you may have eaten out or eaten foods that are high in sodium and are retaining fluids. That happens to me and it takes few days to sort out. Drink a lot of water and get back on track and things will sort out!
