Frustrated

I just want to give up I have went over my calories all week no execercise I am depressed is it worth it!!!

    Of course it's worth it, YOU are worth it. Don't beat yourself up over what's past, the future is what you need to aim for. Set small goals to aim for & see how you go.

    This is a plateau. Now is when you don't give up. It's like climbing a mountain, there is an uphill battle to reach the peak, THEN you get to plant your flag in victory and then the weight goes down.

    Don't let this be a foothill that sends you running back to bad eating habits. Let this be your Mount Everest (or Danali if you prefer) and plant that flag firmly on the peak.

    Think how you'll be able to stand proud knowing that you didn't let some plateau defeat your efforts.

    Plant that flag!

    Don't beat up on yourself! We all have rough times on our journeys, but you can regroup and start over. This weight loss thing is a life style change and will take time. Just make today your new start. Forget about the failures and just take it a day at a time. Don't expect great success right off. Look for non scale victories and more energy. The weight will come off. Just take it a day at a time. Be sure to take advantage of the tracking on Spark and reach out to your buddies if you feel like quitting. We are here to cheer each other on.     Yes! Dont give up! I have been trying for 2 yrs and finally started seeing results when I started using spark. The problem we give in to easy. I havent tracked all week or worked out either. I CAN TELL the diff. In my sleep and MY WEIGHT.
