Changing it up!

My fitness coach tip of the day was to change up the routine of exercise now and then so that's what I'm going to do today. Not sure what or how but I'll fig it out;)

    There are some great ideas on SP - both written and videos. Also, you could try YouTube or one of the many, many training apps for smart phones. Good luck and enjoy!
