I NEED A PLAN!

Assessment of what is bad for me:
- Computer time - I do spend hours/days sitting in front of the screen...
- Cheese - I only stop eating cheese when there is no more left in my fridge...
- Sweet potato chips/fries - I regularly eat a whole bag/batch (sometime two) in a day...
WHAT DO I PLAN TO DO ABOUT IT?
- Exercise 30 minutes/day, 6 days/week
- Track my nutrition with the SP Food Tracker
- Grocery shop more wisely (skip the cheese and salty snacks section at the store, resist the vending machine) and drink more WATER
