Today is a New Day!! I'm Thinking POSITIVE!! Yesterdays Negatives/Positives!

So, let's see, Yesterday was a combined with positives & negatives.. I'll just keep it honest! That's my motto, no need in lying or sugar coating it..
Negative: Yes, yesterday I ate pizza, slice of cake & a cupcake.
Positive: I drank 6 cups of water & nothing but water, I ate healthy for breakfast - scrambled eggs, turkey sausage, dinner I ate healthy - chicken, brown rice, & broccoli. I went walking on break & also lifted weights (arms) with my sons, did some squats, & my sons challenged me to do some push-ups & I was able to do 10 which is good considering I could only typically do 3.. LOL..
Today: I look forward to drinking nothing but water again, staying away from the cupcakes!!! This is the last thing of junk food we have in the house!!! I am going to tell myself that I can OVERCOME my addiction to SWEETS!!! I will also do some push-ups, weight training also!
Weekend Plan: I am going to go do some healthy grocery shopping. I need to stock up on fruits, vegetables & lean proteins.

What healthy snacks do you guess eat? I am tired of eating all natural air-popcorn or just fruit. I am looking for some new snack options. I don't like yogurt or cheese.
