I am happy to report that I am down 2 pounds!! I am off to a great start..

I look forward to another successful week. I can't wait to get into the 230s since I haven't seen the 230s since May 26, 2014.. However, my focus this week is continue to track my foods & get in 4 days of exercise!!
I am feeling pretty good today.. Wasn't sure how I would feel after my workout at the gym.. I was pretty sore last night, my legs felt like bags of cement but I'm good today.
So, I want to say everyone hang in there & keep BELIEVING IN YOU!!!
