Thursday - Keeping at it!

I am no longer tracking my food. This isn't because I just didn't want to do it anymore. It's a glitch that started last summer. For some reason, my computer slows to a crawl with SparkPeople! I can work around it for most things but NOT with tracking food. Just is too slow and too frustrating.
But SP has given me skills over the years. I have a real sense of at least calorie counts on most of what I eat so I pay attention in my head, trying to keep my calorie intake close to where I need them to be. It's working....so far. I'd go back to tracking in a flash if the speed returned.
So I'm simply reporting in here. I continue to pay attention to the 3 Ss (sweets, snacks, seconds) and that's helping me chip away. I've taken off 7 pounds this year (I had let those pounds come back on - gee, have you ever heard of THAT before?) and have renewed my target weight in my mind. 10 more pounds and I'll be there.
But I need to add one more S (so that's 4 Ss now). SWEAT. I continue to walk daily but I need to shake that up and do activities that make me SWEAT! I'm starting to focus on that now and believe that keeping in touch with these 4 Ss will take me where I want/need/plan to go!
