Sugar -- Day 15

Ate out at noon--tuna salad with lettuce, etc--no sugar there. I KNOW I had a yogurt this AM with some sugar but I didn't have time for an egg so needed something before the gym. But--it wasn't something "sugary" so I dn't think that is too bad.
Supper was burger on the grill and veggies--so doing okay. Really no bad cravings today--I had a cup of hot tea cause I was cold--and didn't need a cookie or 3 to go with that so that was a good thing!
I am tired--did 5 days at the gym--3 with water classes and 2 with Les Mills Body Pump plus a challenge my team is doing. I think we will get to the gym tomorrow--but not sure. Depends on my sleep! Cause I am dragging!
