Sugar--Day 16

Blew it! We went for breakfast--had a lovely meal and, as we left, I took and ate a peppermint. ARG! So--had "added sugar" today. Hoping this doesn't set off my cravings again--I will do my best!!

    Praying it doesn't , since you had it on top of breakfast hopefully it won't spike your blood sugar causing your cravings. You can do this. One peppermint , I caved and had a pint of Ben and Jerry's .......
