It's Weigh-in Day!! I'm down 3.2 POUNDS!! Down One 5-lb Bag of Sugar! WOO HOO!!

It's WEIGH-IN MONDAY!!! So, I'm down 3.2 pounds from last Monday's weigh-in!! I am officially down almost 3 bags of 5-lb sugar to date but down One 5-lb bag of sugar since I started back tracking weekly in October.
I must say that I had some trying days last week where I just wanted something sweet but guess what I had ABSOLUTELY NOTHING in my house other than cereal..LOL.. So I had me a bowl of cereal at 150 calories.. Think it beats eating
.. LOL.. I learned that I could change my behavior but not eat my emotions.. However, I did tell myself that yesterday I could have a cheat meal & it was okay. So, I had a brownie.. Just 1 one brownie & it was GREAT!! It satisfied my sweet tooth & I was good after that..
Goals for Week Ahead:
1. This week I am looking forward to continuing to track my foods daily..
2. Workout a minimum 4 days this week.
3. Drink lots of water.
4. Stay POSITIVE..
