Sugar -- Day 19 and Reasons for decreasing sugar

No real sugar cravings today--still don't feel 100% so rested the AM. Did get out with friends in the afternoon and for dinner. When I want something, I am getting fruit or some protein and that is working--or a cup of tea!
Why to decrease the sugar? It may cause inflammation within my system, it makes me want MORE sugar, it is empty calories, it likely makes my skin look older. I am in good shape--no diabetes, no high cholesterol but I want to feel good and look GREAT! I will continue to stay off sugar to the best of my ability--I know I cannot have "just one" cookie or piece of candy unless I remove myself from the temptation--so I will choose to have none. (Moderation CAN work for many people--just not me.)
