Sooo I'm still here haha. Not actively here as such but just pondering about in the background. However my break from spark has taught me I can pretty much maintain my weight. 2lbs gain in... what? 3 months? But I need to stop sabotaging myself and I need to get back on it. I need to get back into running and I need to quit the fags and booze. This time I'm going to try a 'feet first' approach and see if I can't do all in one go after monday. We shall see. But glad to not be back weight what I weighed when I started. Some of this has to have sunk in!
