Had a nice cycle today, but food and health-wise I've been falling behind lately. Every time I eat anything it gives me stomach ache, but I am wanting to eat all the time. I don't eat properly either, tending to eat things like bowls of cereal, ready meals or Trek bars rather than cooking healthy vegetables, tofu and quinoa. Feeling tired and depressed doesn't help, indeed it was when my life took a bad turn recently that all of this started.

    Aw hang in there! I agree with the other poster. Perhaps eating what you know you should will help your mood. I know it helps mine. When I eat right, I just feel better.
