My Progress 10.28.15

Happy Wednesday!! I have been participating in a couple of Biggest Loser Groups through my work. I started out at 216 lbs last month and am now currently down to 206.4 as of last Friday. The final weigh in is this Friday and I'm looking forward to seeing if I have continued to loose. I am very proud of myself with everything that has been going on that I have continued to loose weight. There was one week that I gained but that was due to traveling on business and not eating healthy most of that time. I am happy with the slow lose because that means that I will be more likely to keep it off and to continue to loose. I just need to get better about doing more workouts. I am doing well with getting some walking in but I want to be better and add in more weight training and core workouts too. I'm looking forward to getting back into my house where this might be more possible.
