End of October??

HOW is it the end of October? I am almost ready for school to begin! (Well, I lost my job--BIG management change--so I don't tune into the school schedule anymore.)
I am not making any headway on my weight-loss journey--did well in the Summer 5% Challenge, then had that "break" and haven't gotten to the weight I was at the end of the challenge even though we are 2/3 of the way done with the Fall 5% Challenge (Go, Daisies!) . It is TOUGH to stay at that lowest weight. But I can stay around this current weight so, listening to my friend say "you look great, you feel good, stop worrying about the number", I may just stay here. BUT (of course I have the other side, too) I am still in the "overweight" category according to the BMI chart that Spark uses. BUT I fit into size 10 jeans and tops. So yeah, I will try to take where I am and be happy!!
I am exercising--try for the Y 5 days a week and a walk or two during the week--and at least one walk with my hubby on the weekend. I track our food--he is also trying to lose weight so I cook JUST enough for us most of the time. It will get tougher--the food holidays are coming! But--my girls are also watching their portions so I will just fix for the 6 and NOT for tons of leftovers--that will help all of us. I hope to get them to visit the Y with us over Christmas--that would be fun!
