I have been shedding inordinate amounts of hair lately. After looking it up, I see that some hair loss in common when on a restricted calorie diet. I feel like I'm losing a lot, though, and it really bugs me. I'm not quite sure what to do about it. I've been trying to grow my hair out. Should I hold off on that and grow it out when I'm doing maintenance? I'm thinking of adding a hair and nail supplement to my daily vitamin to see if that helps some. The shedding needs to stop! I'm definitely worried about it. I might be a little vain about my hair, but seriously, along with my donk, it's one of my favorite things about myself.
Has anyone else noticed increased hair loss when losing weight? Any tips?
