Well today I started my day by putting myself first. I rode a total of 70 minutes on my bike. That makes me feel good and makes it easier to take the 2 days off that I allow myself a week. By the way just to put it down, I have taken my two days off this week.

Getting close to ending week two of purposeful exercise for myself. I am proud of how I have been doing. I set out to do a half hour of cardio a day. Then it changed to 40 a day. Now I try to raise it or get to an hour. If I am riding and see it has been 23 minutes, I tell myself that 25 minutes is so close just finish it out. That is what keeps me going. It seems to be working. My middle son told me the other day he was proud of me for doing this. That was great to hear. He doesn't say that stuff freely. So I know he meant it.
