New Rules of Lifting for Women

I started this program today. Stage 1 is workouts A & B, done 8 times each. At twice a week, this stage will take 8 weeks, so I'll be done with it in the latter half of January. I completed the Stage 1, Workout A in 45 minutes, including warm up and cool down/stretching. Next strength workout will be Wednesday. I'm going to walk tomorrow and probably on Tuesday, as well.
My foot is doing pretty well. Still a bit tender, which will continue for a while, I'm sure. Consequently, I'm taking it easy in the cardio department for a while. I do have a nice bruise at the base of my big toe. I hope to not lose the nail, but right now it doesn't look like I will.
My starting stats aren't much different than they have been, which is good. That means that things didn't change drastically while I was in my forced hiatus status. My husband will be home in just under 3 weeks. I'd really like to see a change by the time he gets home.
