I have made it 30 days!

I have done 30 minutes of cardio on purpose today. I forced myself to. I am not in the mood, I am swollen all over, and tired. At least if I decide to not do more, I have purposefully done 30 minutes of cardio today for myself.

206.7 today. I am swollen all over. Most likely effects of eating outside my eating plan last week, using more stairs than I am used to, and 9 hour car rides. (18 hours round trip) It will wear off, just take maybe up to a week to adjust. I am not feeling well today, a little queezy. My blood sugar is high at 178 fasting today. That is about double of what I have gotten use to.

Keep pushing everyone and I will keep pushing too. emoticon

    I don't like these little bitty comment places on the SparkApp, so I have to open up a new comment box to continue. I also struggle with the same types of issues with exercise & blood sugars going up, bring "pre-diabetic".

    The 30 minutes is great if you have been working up to it! Please be careful though and allow your body time to heal in between workouts - 24-48 hours. The swelling is also from the muscles not being used to the exercise (which is water gain).
