I started back on the path to a healthy life on September 1, I was at my highest weight and feeling very unhappy with myself.
Fast forward 3 months and I am down 24.8lbs. I am exercising daily, making sure I get a minimum of 10,000 steps each day, tracking what I eat and overall feeling great.
On September 1st I set a goal to lose 37lbs by my 37th birthday, so I have just 12lbs left to go and have 8 weeks to get there.
So my goals for December are:
-Continue to log my food and water daily
-Continue to get 10,000 steps a day and try for 60 active minutes each day
-Not beat myself up if the days aren't perfect, its the holidays!
-To hit Onderland by December 31
I am going to finish this year with a bang!
