I'm feeling a bit more in control of my food today. Not stellar by any means, but better.
The weather today was rainy but not real cold so around mid-morning I did a 6 mile run.. a little more than half of the 11 miles I had on the schedule today. Came in and dried off, did a few chores and made lunch. After lunch I headed out for another 5 miles. It really helps to break up the run into 2 segments as it doesn't get so boring. I have been listening to Season 1 of the Serial Podcast on Pandora. It is really interesting and a true story... I only listen while I am running so it is something I look forward to... and it is free!
Later in the afternoon I started working on one of my many projects on the "to do" list. I'm sorting through old photos and whatnot and deciding if I really need to keep the stuff or throw it away, give it away, etc. I made some progress and have a box of stuff to give to my daughter if she wants it. Old report cards, photos, articles, that sort of thing. Even if she decides not to keep it she will enjoy looking through the box. This is just the start. I have racks of stuff to go through.

Breakfast
Poached egg
English Muffin with coconut oil and SF jam
2 slices bacon
1/2 c grapes

Morning Snack
few nuts

Lunch
1 cup of carrot/ginger soup
serving of "Food should taste good" chips
1 cup of mixed sauteed veggies with 1 oz chicken
3/4 c warmed applesauce with 1/4 c berries and whip

Afternoon Snack
Protein shake with banana

Dinner
small green salad with FF dressing
serving of "Food should taste good" chips
Baked Hollowed Sandwich Roll with ground beef, onion, marina and 1 oz cheese
3/4 c warmed applesauce with 1/4 c berries and whip

Evening Snack
Popcorn
