Insanity fit test #4

So today was my 4th test and I was again happy with the result. I should have done this yesterday, but I was tired and was not able to resist a few beers, so I did it today. They tack it on in addition to the usual 60 min routine, so tonight's workout totaled 1 hr 25 mins.

I have again improved on all the exercises bar 2, and those 2 stayed the same. I'm sure if I had of pushed that extra bit I could have increased them by 1 at least. This test is a pretty good measure and it's good to be able to see the stats for each test and compare them to the start.

If nothing else, I am definitely getting fitter. My plan for this week is to do what I can, when I can. I've nothing planned until Friday, but it's likely that some last minute socializing will pop up.

For my last week, again I will just do what I can. I will not be staying at home, so Dex and I will be staying with my 'other' family - all of us (including 4 other dogs) will be staying together in a friends villa since the resort it full to the brim. There will be no shortage of wine and champers flowing I'm sure...I will be finishing my last 2 days on 2nd and 3rd all being well.
