2. Get Outside

Spending time outdoors, even close to home, is linked to better well-being. You're in a natural setting and you're usually doing something active, like walking or hiking. Even a few minutes can make a difference in how you feel.

We live on top of a hill with a VERY long driveway. The mailbox is at the bottom of the driveway and across the highway. Getting the mail is actually quite a hike; especially coming back up the hill!!!!! Our woods also has trails and our Cairn Terrier LOVES to walk through them at least 3 times a day. I love to be outside all 4 seasons as there is always something to do to stay active.
