The spark cell phone app is an awesome way to track during the day; however, I realized just how long it has been since I have logged in and/or made any updates to my Spark Page. I am still fighting the good fight. I want to get back down close to my lowest weight of 138 (currently 30lbs to lose), but I am really struggling to find the motivation. I seem to be losing and gaining the same 10ish lbs. I know that it is all in my complacency. I didn't lose the weight by cheating and shortcuts so I know what I need to do to lose it...I just don't have the drive right now.
I am trying to make little changes...tracking every day; cutting out diet soda in favor of water; walking a few miles over my lunch break, but my lazy eating habits continue to sabotage me. I know that you can't exercise your way out of an unhealthful diet. I just need to get back in my groove.
On a different note, I discovered PiYo, and I absolutely love it!! Highly recommend!
