Looking to 2016

I have revamped my goal board and my "other goals" to reflect what I want to do in 2016. I am still going with a theme--2016 is "deep breath and say 'thank you'"--so I will meditate and keep a gratitude journal. I tend to look on the negative side--so hopefully saying "thank you" will help me see all I have to be positive about! And the meditating will help me quiet my mind so that I won't get so worried or mad. This is the thought, anyway.
I am not dropping my theme for 2015--look good, feel better. I am healthy and I think I have put more effort into my appearance--making me feel better about me. I will continue this. I also want to do one 5K this year--maybe more but one for sure. So I'll need to run at least once per week. I know my house needs attention so whenever I bring something into the house, I will also remove something--be it an article of clothing, a book or movie or just "stuff".
I will also do my best to recycle and share things that we have that we don't need--be it the church rummage sale, the thrift store or just someone that I know that could use it.
