Today is my SEVEN year Sparkversary! I just want to acknowledge what a blessing this website has been to me. It has really helped keep me focused on health and fitness. SP has been the biggest factor in taking my fitness to a whole new level. I found such encouragement and inspiration and felt like "Yes, I can do it". So a great big Thank you to Chris Downey and his fabulous Spark staff.
It was dark outside and cold, but I wanted to get back into doing a walk before breakfast. My DH is still not walking but I think by the end of the week he will feel recovered enough to give it a go. I decided to do my walk on the treadmill which I usually try to avoid like the plague. I got it done! I listened to music and felt good about myself when the timer hit 30 minutes and I hadn't quit. After breakfast, I headed to the gym for a 1 hour spin class.
This week the schedule shows me working the lunch shift on Mon and Tues. I haven't worked for a few weeks so it was nice, rather than a hassle to work. The customers were in a good mood and for the most part everyone left happy. I did have one table who thought their fish and chips weren't cooked enough ... so I got them 2 more pieces of fish. I noticed she picked off all the breading so I'm thinking deep fried fish might not have really been what she should have ordered. I was pretty busy and just had a quick cup of soup for lunch. Feel good about my eating today. No crackers and I stayed out of the fries!

Breakfast
Poached egg
English Muffin with butter and SF jelly
2 slices bacon
1/2 c grapes

Morning Snack
Single serve container of carb control yogurt

Lunch
cup of homemade chicken,veggie,rice soup

Afternoon Snack
Medium apple

Dinner
Green salad with avocado, onion, tomato and 5 ounces baked chicken nuggets
3/4 c warmed applesauce with 1/4 c berries and dollop of FF whip

Evening Snack
Popcorn
