Had a problem with eating mixed nuts last night. I had already posted my blog, but then DH got out the canister of nuts and I thought I would just have a couple. ha... I ended up eating about a cup. Really bothers me when that happens. I am going to try and go cold turkey with the mixed nuts. Having a few just doesn't seem to work. Let's see if I can do it.
Very cold out this morning. Went to the gym after breakfast for a 1 hour spin / circuit class. We spin for 15 min then pedal while we do a series of exercises with weights. We go through the circuit 3 times. I used light weights as I had done arms yesterday at body blast. Wasn't really sore but I could feel it particularly in my triceps.
About an hour before lunch, I decided to head out for my 4 mile run. It was cold and I could still see some icy spots on the pavement. I took it slow and it was slippery in areas. The sun was shining and I felt good when I finished.
Later this afternoon, DH and I went out and did some shopping. I bought some almond flour and plan to try a new recipe. I'm trying to minimize my white flour products so thought this might be something to try.

Breakfast
Poached egg
English Muffin with coconut oil, SF jelly
2 slices bacon
1/2 c grapes

Morning Snack
Protein Shake with banana / almond milk

Lunch
Tuna Salad (tuna/greek yogurt/pickles/dill) on lettuce
Serving of Food should taste good Chips
3/4 c warmed applesauce with 1/4 c berries & dollop of FF whip

Afternoon Snack
Medium apple

Dinner
1 c chicken/rice/veggie soup
Chop salad with lettuce,avocado,egg,onion,toma
to,craisins, low fat dressing
3 baked chicken nuggets
3/4 c warmed applesauce with 1/4 c berries and dollop of FF whip

Evening Snack
Popcorn
