New Year Comes New Goals

It has been a long time since I have been on here. 2015 was a year that I found myself quite busy. I managed to keep myself sane, but didn't get to reach all of the goals that I set out for myself.
I did manage to check off one goal for 2015 when I became a Certified Nutrition and Wellness Consultant! I am very excited as this was a goal I reach and it helps me to get closer to my next goal of becoming a Certified Holistic Nutritionist. That is one of the goals for 2016 that i am working on.
My weight never really budged this year. I had a hard time staying focused on my diet and exercise and didn't really lose anything. I seem to have a hard time losing weight and I am wondering if it could be a deeper issue. In 2016, I am going to focus more on that.
I still haven't reached my goal of doing a full round of one of my many exercise programs that I have. I will attempt that starting on Monday as it will give me time to get what I need to accomplish that goal.
I didn't stay consistent with my posting on here, so I am going to make it my goal to post at least 3 times a week. I am going to go as far as to set which days a week I will do it. I am thinking that Monday, Wednesday and Friday will be good. I can do other days as well, but I am going to make sure that I these 3 days will have something about what's going on with me.
I am ready to not dwell on what I didn't do in 2015 and focus on what I am going to do in 2016. I hope you are ready too. Let's do this!
