Thanx for the comments of support ELRIDDICK,RHOOK20047, SCHNOOTIE, JOHNWBOCKSR777, CINDHOLM, & MASHELDON!! Oh,there's no re-committing. I've continued with it all this time. Just for some reason I hit a standstill on the losing weight. Had a lot going on. I have great self control when it comes to how I eat. So that hasn't been a problem since I started this journey! I've been off my sugar & cholesterol meds a year this coming April! & once I hit my goal weight & maintain it I will be off my thyroid med! I am all about the positive! & focused on the right things in life! Continuing on this journey to a healthier lifestyle being one of them & I am feeling GREAT!! emoticon

Great! Plateaus are frustrating and it feels so good when the scales starts to move down again. emoticon

Hey...Spark People has become my support groups, for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".

Seriously moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.

Spark People research has found that people who get involved in social teams tend to be more successful in their efforts.

I want to personally invite you to join the "SparkPeople's Official Healthy Habits Challenge Team" at: There you will find others that will support you in your journey and you will be able to help others as well.

We have one of the best leadership team there is and we are here to help. YOU can DO this!

Oh by the way...have you ever tried Fried cardboard, don't have much favor but a nice life today.
