I am 5 days in from beginning to eating healthier, exercising, drinking more water, and generally taking care of myself as a whole. I realize that to be healthy, it's not about getting skinny. It's about learning to eat the right portions of foods, eating in moderation, exercising, drinking water, and taking care of myself physically, mentally, and spiritually. It seems like it could be an overwhelming task, but it's easier when I just do the next right thing.
I know it's only been five days, but-woohoo!!!!! It's been FIVE DAYS! Things are going well so far, and I could only hope that they continue. Happy Sparking, everyone :)
