Bad day yesterday

OH MY GOODNESS, I was horrible yesterday I don't know what Happened. Instead of Wendy's Frescata club sandwich I ended up in Mc Donalds with a Quarter Pounder with Cheese, Fries, and a Chocolate Shake. Then for dinner had 3 hot dogs wrapped in Crescent rolls with cheese, and a brownie bottom cheesecake slice. I about hit 3,000 calories for the day. I haven't exercised in 2 days and this morning the scale shows that I lost 2 LBS since Tuesday's weigh in. WHAT GIVES!!!! But I still can not get over that 160 hump. I am trying to see if the 3 dairy a day helps push me over. I think I may start doing a mock frappiccino shake in the morning with skim milk, 1/2 box of sugar free vanilla pudding, water, and instant coffee over Ice cubes. I wonder if I could add some protien powder to this as well?? At least this drink should be about 150 calories in the morning. I have also started to take a mulit vitamin once a day to get a few extra nutrients in me and the added calcium that my body needs.
