Day 5 of my challenges

So, day 5 is here. I'm not quite as gung-ho as I was the first couple days, but I'm still going. The tops of my thighs ache from the squats, my gluts ache from the lunges, which makes getting out of bed in the morning challenging.
I spend a min of 6 hours on my feet at work, and if I can't manage to get all my squats, etc in before I go to work I try to squeeze a few in while i'm there. The lunges are harder for me to complete, i think they're kinda boring. But i'm working on it.
