It's been a great week. I've stayed on track and haven't cheated myself. Temptation lies all around me. From the fully stocked wine racks to the many sweet snacks found in our house. I've made sure that I find enjoyment in finding and preparing new meals which are healthy and tasty. Last night I made eggplant parm. Not only have I never made eggplant before (I've always loved it), I was also able to find a weight watchers version of the recipe so it was very low calorie. I stuck to my exercise regime, despite the pain, and got through it. In fact, I think my athletic performance was actually better yesterday compared to previous days. My legs are completely sore and I am grateful that today is arm day. It's just exciting to feel different muscle groups come alive after pushing myself.
