Exercise plan with sis

My sister and I started a workout routine. So far, I'm loving it. It is hard though because I realized how out of shape I am. It will get better I know. We are doing something call the 30 day killer workout. And let me tell you, it is killer! Tomorrow we will have to do 100 squats. My back is in so much pain, and I know I need to drink a lot more water and a lot less wine. Tomorrow I will have finished reading the beauty and and detox solution book and I will do some shopping today to start my journey on eating better. The truth is most weight loss will come from my diet, So I am determined to eat the right things for at least two weeks to see how that changes my weight. I am excited at the thought of fitting into new clothes. Shopping!
