I understand that you're tired of starting over. The good thing is that you haven't given up and that's a great thing that you will need on your journey. It may help you to find a committed accountability partner(s) to help you stay encouraged and motivated until it becomes second nature to you. If you can't find someone amongst your family, friends or co- workers, reach out to those in the spark community.
Just know you are not alone and no matter how long it takes you to become a better healthier you, you have to settle within yourself that quitting is not an option.
Hey...Spark People has become my support groups, for you see I am a recovering grease-holic. Yes, it is true if you can "fry it" I can "eat it".
Seriously moderation is a very important key to being successful in our journey. One day at a time....Look for small victories...Look for non-scale successes.
Spark People research has found that people who get involved in social teams tend to be more successful in their efforts.
I want to personally invite you to join the "SparkPeople's Official Healthy Habits Challenge Team" at: http://teams.sparkpeople.com/SPOHHC There you will find others that will support you in your journey and you will be able to help others as well.
We have one of the best leadership team there is and we are here to help. YOU can DO this!
