Time to find a gym and personal trainer

Apparently I can no longer do this on my own, even though I know what to do. I just can't get motivated to do anything these days as far as exercise and healthy eating go. I don't get in enough walking during the day to count for much. There's no reason why I can't take 1/2 hour to an hour a few times a week (to start) to exercise. This week I committed to myself to stop at 3 gyms that are near me to talk about what they have to offer. I need someone to help me at this point...a professional. Someone to get me on a schedule. Tomorrow is my first appointment with the place I'm most interested in's new and they have a few good specials going on right now. I've never joined a gym before.....IT'S TIME!!!

    For me the most important thing has been locking in on my food choices. Living free from sugar and processed carbs has been the smartest thing I've ever done. I no longer need to track my food. As long as the sugar / processed carbs are not among my choices, I find I can eat intuitively and maintain my weight loss.

    Exercise has taken a hit lately though. It can be such a challenge to make time for it!

    I hope you find what you are looking for in a gym! It's a good thing I am a fitness instructor because I love all of my gyms for different reasons.
