Found an AWESOME challenging pilates video

Today I did Fitness Blender's Pilates Abs, Butt, and Thigh Workout - Intense Pilates Workout (1hr 3min) on YouTube, and I really enjoyed it. This was just what I needed today.
It is a slow-moving exercise where you can feel your muscles burning most of the time due to the intensity of zeroing in on certain muscles with controlled movement. You definitely have to push through to maintain form and keep going. I know I will start seeing some big results if I start doing this workout each week.
Fitness Blender puts out a ton of really great videos, and they have a lot of variety. You should check them out if you like yoga, pilates, HIIT, and the like...and they should give me a kickback for advertising for them.
