Grrr I weighed myself today. I hadn't done that in a bit and I was feeling heavy and I was right. Up 7 pounds emoticon .

I need to really work on my self discipline! Food! DARN YOU!!! I am keeping active. Yes maybe a bit slower than before but still active.

My hips have really been bothering me along with really achy knees. I suspect not just from my fall but from the extra weight.

Yesterday my youngest had an accident at school, had to go pick him up and take him to the doctor. He has a cut through the white, iris and pupil of his eye. He was put on a gel 4 times a day and we have to go back today to get it rechecked to make sure it is healing. He says it is feeling better but it is still quite swollen. I told him to try school and if it hurts tell the nurse and let her know what the doctor said. They can call me if he needs and I will get him. But to try to make it through the last period since that class is almost impossible to make up.

Self control!!! Self discipline!!!!! grrrrr get with it! emoticon

    I'm sorry that happened to your son! I hope his eye heals well and quickly. I understand the feeling of extra weight putting pressure on your hips and back. Mine is feeling it. I know you do Yoga, and that's one way I've been able to help with the pressure. I've gotten stronger and don't feel as achy. Maybe do a bit more of that and see if it helps. I hope you have a marvelous day!
