Knowing when to say NO

There are people who are difficult to say no to. We all know a few of them. People who we love and are indebted to for this rest of our lives. Wonderful people who we care about deeply. My mom is the person who I have the toughest time saying no to. Still, I have to take care of me from time to time.
Today is one of the times.

The only way that I can continue to care for her is to take care of me.
