Today I am thinking hard about the differences between can't and don't, can and do.

I haven't figured out a set list yet but I do know can't and can are sometimes wishy washy and give you wiggle room to falter. Do and Don't are more concrete and put that stop or go sign up to keep the path more straight.

There is something to be said for that old saying "I think I can I think I can!" Doing is more empowering and don't-ing is more of the, stop and make sure.

Not sure if this is making any sense to anyone else. But please add on here the things you DO and DON'T.

I DON'T eat birthday cake at work.
I DO make my own food from scratch.
I DON'T get drunk.
I DO allow myself to indulge with one thing when going out.

I suppose WILL and WONT can play with in that but for me those two words are future words. I am thinking I need to change some of the 'do's' to 'don'ts'. I just need to figure out what they are and put them into a format that is better for me and easier to not bend from.

I do give myself credit when I succeed. I don't beat myself up when I falter. 😉
