Dinner ROCKED tonight!

We had a (1) green salad with sliced carrots, radishes, and fennel topped with pine nuts and homemade blueberry-pomegranate vinaigrette, (2) roasted romanesco broccoli topped with a little shredded Parmesean, (3) homemade creamy potato, leek, and kale soup.
It was scrumptious! And only 630 calories too.
