Welp, I did it..

... I signed up for my first race of 2016. It's a 4 miler on 06May. I walked it last year with a friend of mine whose back was bothering her. So I walked with her to keep her company.
Sunday I did jump rope for a bit... a whole 2 minutes! Um, yep... that was enough for me.
Have gone 19 days now with no sugar, over 10,000 steps a day (15,000+ today), and 2+ hours of exercise each day.
Was on the treadmill today, did 30 minutes, 1.5 miles, yep, that's a 20 minutes mile, or 3.0 mph. I'm hoping to either up my speed on extend my time... or both in a couple of weeks. The goal is to run/jog at least 3 of 4 miles.
