1-21-16 (day 81)

Well I kept my hand in the immobilizing thing all night. I slept pretty good. I woke up a few times due to my hand being awkward but felt good when I woke up. When I went to bed my blood sugar was over 300. My fasting is 150, much lower than it's been. I am tired but feeling pretty good.

Dr. orders is to not use my left hurt hand at all for the next couple of weeks to give the tendons and ligaments a chance to rebuild without stress. No bones were broken. So we will see how it goes with not using it. I write right handed but do most things with my left hand. The doctor couldn't understand that. Is that not normal??
