Ok, so I missed day 4 of blogging, but I didn't stray from my path. I had to buy Panera bagels for yesterday's team meeting. I didn't want to use most of my daily calorie allowance on a bagel, so I ordered a fruit cup. Unfortunately, they forgot to put the fruit cup in the bag. Old me would have taken that as a sign to go ahead a eat a yummy cinnamon crunch bagel with honey walnut cream cheese and try to do beyter tomorrow. Luckily new me refrained. It's winning these small mental battles that mean the most to me. This morning I am down 5#s. Good decisions = Good results
