Holy cow.... I have gone 3 weeks now with no sugar (Candy, cookies, cake, gum, ice cream, etc), exercising 2+ hours a day, over 10,000 steps each day, and at least 9 cups of water each day. I have been planning my meals, keeping track of my food, and doing careful shopping. I was 204, am now at 196.2. Yesterday I was 196.6, so lost some even since yesterday.
Friday, we started the Biggest Loser contest at work. Last I saw, there were 19 people signed up to participate. Now, being at work, obviously I'm dressed
so there will be a difference in the scale. So my beginning weight for this is 202.8. Of course, it's cold here in Ohio, so with tshirt, heavy sweater, long pants and shoes... yep about 6 pound difference. It stops at the end of April, so by then I hope to have not only lost a lot weight, but also to be in lighter clothes.
This morning I jumped on the treadmill again... Tuesday, Thursday and today.... and did another 30 minute walk at 3.0mph. I was itchin to be running the last 5 or 6 minutes, so as soon as my 30 minutes was up the treadmill, I grabbed my sweatshirt and ran down a couple houses, then walked back. IT FELT GREAT!! (I'm in the country, not the boonies, but the country so the lots are 2-4 acres each) I can't wait for Monday to go do it again.
