Day 2 begins! Yesterday I made it over 10,000 steps, 30 minutes of exercise, and ate within my calories range. The problem, though? I teach, and tomorrow probably won't be a snow day again. How to find the time and energy to eat well and exercise after teaching 4 and 5 year olds all day and then coming home to my own little girls... ??? Perseverance. Let's go!

    You will have to pack your own lunches so you always know your calorie count for the day. Maybe Sunday afternoon pack mason jar salads or make sandwiches to freeze for the week. Have a pedometer for the day and add as many extra steps at lunch. walk around the campus. You'll figure out ways to be creative!
