Day 2 begins! Yesterday I made it over 10,000 steps, 30 minutes of exercise, and ate within my calories range. The problem, though? I teach, and tomorrow probably won't be a snow day again. How to find the time and energy to eat well and exercise after teaching 4 and 5 year olds all day and then coming home to my own little girls... ??? Perseverance. Let's go!
