Sorry.

This month has been AWFUL. When you're pushed for cash, as in you have none, the cheapest food is never the healthiest. I have gained weight. Hopefully next month will be better as I will have money to make healthy options and I won't feel so depressed anymore.

You don't have to be sorry. Things like this happen to everyone at some time. Do the best you can each time that you can.

Winter is hard when price of fruit and veggies rise. Noticed new stores that opened sprouts have good prices.

I do go to Aldi but mostly for nappies as I don't live by one.

Find and Aldi and a united grocery if you have one. That will help. I understand though. The grocery bill does go way up.

Don't feel depressed, just use the resources you have. This is just a little bump in the road so you have to figure out a way to get back on track.

I don't know where you live but if you live in an area or can get to an area that have stores like Aldi's, Rulers (Kroger owned) or perhaps a farmers market, the same monies used to buy cheap foods can be used to purchase fruits and vegetables at a very low price.

I go to the two stores I mentioned in this post because they have great deals especially on their fruits and fresh vegetables each week. I have been introduced to so many new vegetables and fruits because I go there and they have it on sale and I buy them and experiment on how to cook or eat them.

Next month is a new month and hopefully things will be a lot better for you. Keep moving taking one step at a time and if you continue and don't give up, things will work out for you.

Much success to you on your journey!

I used to live on ramen and refrigerated biscuit dough. Yeah that's a good way to gain weight! Things always get better. Hang in there.
