Day 3-- Come on now!

So for three days I've walked at least 10,000 steps, exercised 30 minutes, and have eaten 1400 to 1500 calories. And yet this morning my weight was 1 pound higher than yesterday! It's not muscle weight. I don't know what it is. This is what's been frustrating me, so I decided to take very good track of everything. Hoping tomorrow is better... :-/
