Day 3-- Come on now!

Wednesday, January 27, 2016

So for three days I've walked at least 10,000 steps, exercised 30 minutes, and have eaten 1400 to 1500 calories. And yet this morning my weight was 1 pound higher than yesterday! It's not muscle weight. I don't know what it is. This is what's been frustrating me, so I decided to take very good track of everything. Hoping tomorrow is better... :-/

Thanks for the encouraging guys. Today I was back down to where I was before and then down 0.4 more pounds. So it was just a one day thing. Hoping I can do this.

Don't be discouraged, it happens to all of us. weight does fluctuate and you may be down tomorrow or within a week. Keep going and keep real good track of your calories. There were things I wasn't counting like my fish oil pills have calories! You'll be so glad you were patient, it will come. Rooting for you!!

I was up a lb. yesterday and decided to just see what I weighed this morning. I normally weigh myself once a week. I lost 2 lbs this a.m. and I did nothing different in my eating or exercising. You just never know what your body is going to do. Don't stress about it.

Weight fluctuates. Throw that scale away. Go my how your clothes start to fit better. Better yet how well they fall off when you least expect it. With that said, you are doing great so let's just keep on keeping on. That weight will soon shed if you keep going but expect slow results. From what I have read, that is how the winners on the site succeed. You are going to be one of those winners for certain.

It takes your body up to approx. 21 days to react to your new eating exercise habits. Don't feel discouraged. My 17th day is today and I lost 3lbs just this week. Also don't push your body to hard as it will go into store instead of burn.
