Last night's workout did not go as planned. I went to the CFC right after work, and was the only one in the cardio room, but that didn't last for long. It quickly filled up. By the time hubby got off work and got there, there wasn't a free treadmill. I had planned to walk/jog for 30 minutes, but cut it short at 20 to give him my treadmill. I was sweating up a storm, so I got on one of the bikes that has a front wheel that works as a fan and did 20 minutes. Not what was planned, but still a good workout. SP says we're supposed to change it up, and not do the same workout all the time, so I guess it was a good thing.

The paper said that they are going to start having skating sessions in the old school gym on Friday evenings, so that is our plan for tonight. I know it will be small, but there probably won't be too many people there. At least it will be a good workout. I'm looking forward to it.
