I had an AWFUL January. I didn't just have a few bad days but 31 of them.
In my last blog I posted about how I'd been eaten unhealthy due to stress because of lack of money and then having to move in with my mum and dad.
I was starting to feel sick and tired and fed up by the end of the month but yesterday I gave myself a pep talk.
Lack of money doesn't mean I can't make healthy choices nor does it mean I can't exercise and I decided money situations or not there's nothing I can't do about it.
February is a new month which means I plan on starting my diet again.
January was my practice month :)
